Choppy Game Screen
Hello, I have just finished the Build of my game and it is a 2D side-scroll game. However, the game screen is really choppy when the camera moves to follow the player. Although in the editor it works fine. There appears to be horizontal sections that appear across the screen whenever the player and camera move. Every gameobject and background along those horizontal sections become jagged and choppy. Please take a look at this image. Can anyone please help? Thank You in advance.
Is it possible that int he Editor, you were running the game on lower graphic settings?

I made sure that Vsync was turned on and that the graphic settings were set to the way it should be, but unfortunately this still hadn't solved the problem. Fortunately, by going into the Project Settings and in the Player category I stumbled upon a check box that says, "Use DXGI Flip Model Swapchain for D3D11." After checking off that box everything worked perfectly. I'd like to thank you all for your help!

I have also found that the option "Use DXGI Flip Model Swapchain for D3D11" causes the same problem in our builds. We are using 2019.2.10f1. Turning it off fixes the issue.
