Spotlights refuse to cast shadows.

All other lights cast shadows. Spotlights just ignore everything.

Yes, I set them to cast shadows.

Yes, the quality settings allow for shadows.

Creating a new scene allows them to cast shadows.

This is not the first time I've had this issue, either. I am particularly frustrated because this map was working fine until yesterday, and we have until tomorrow to fix it if we want to present it at the local com.
