Unity 2017 freezes on login page
Hello Guys
The Unity 2017.2.0f3 freezes or become stuck in the login page. When I try to login into unity it starts freezing then after sometime it works as dropping fps to 10 fps or something. It always acts like this when i'm online. I can't bypass that screen after i'm online. It also happens when i'm using the editor while i'm online.
Is it because of my pc specs.

-4.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz
-ECS H61H2-MV
-Intel HD Graphics 2500
-931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1CH162 ATA Device
-Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit
