Hole in NavMesh

Hey !

So, I have a terrain with buildings and other models. I use Unity's navigation mesh to use pathfinding in my game. However, in some parts in my terrain there are these holes in the NavMesh, not big ones, but they interupt the pathfinding, how can I remove these holes ? I'll add a picture in this thread, here's the link if you can't see it: http://imgur.com/j09x93u
