How to make bezier curve and trail effect for 2D puzzle game?

Hi all,

Now I am making a 2D match-3 puzzle game in unity, I want to create visual effect with bezier curve and trail shown in GIF below:

1) each path is generated dynamically in real time according to positions of starting point and end point

2) there is a trail following the path

Please advise any existing online tutorials or plugins on the unity asset store can help?
