I think its because the assembly is missing for your System.Data folder.
Try this:

I was able to add it for my webforms project. I don't get the option called "Add Reference" when i open Unity Scripts on Visual Studio and i want it to connect with $$anonymous$$S SQL So,Please help.
Forget about the Add Reference menu in Visual Studio or $$anonymous$$onoDevelop. It's just the references of the project. You can't reference external assemblies in Unity. Unity does not use or require the .NET framework to be installed on the user PC since Unity uses $$anonymous$$ono. You have to (physically) copy any assembly you need into your projects. Unity creates the VS project for you. Any changes to the project won't have any effect. The VS project isn't even used to compile your code.
Unity is not a managed application. It just uses $$anonymous$$ono as scripting environment. Everything has to be shipped with your game.
