Unity 2018.1 SLOW?

Hi everyone, I know that someone posted this for version 2017.1 but it was marked as fixed in 2017.3. Now I've upgraded Unity to the newest version (2018.1) and I'm experiencing a issue that is slowing down everything..

The Editor is slow, what else can I say?

Play mode apparently is slower too but the Editor itself freezes whenever I press alt+tab or moving to VS or just by clicking somewhere in the Editor.

I managed to record the Editor with the profiler and I saw a little process called AplicationTickTimer that was eating all my CPU. The lag spikes that it produces are in a fixed interval, about 1 sec I guess..

There is a fix for this?, has someone else experienced this issue before? Thanks for reading.
