This is just a matter of learning about different material properties and lighting models. You appear to be trying to use the same standard surface shader across your whole model, which is giving it a bizarre plasticky look - you'll need to employ different materials for the different elements of the model:

  • for hair, try the $$anonymous$$ajiya-$$anonymous$$ay model. Also see https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/39945

  • for skin, try a pre-integrated skin shader as described at http://simonstechblog.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/pre-integrated-skin-shading.html

  • I'm not sure if the shirt is meant to be cotton or silk, but they have very different reflective properties.

No, there is absolutely zero difference in graphic quality between personal and pro. If you want to understand why your model looks different, please describe what tool you're using, the method you're using to import it and, preferably, some screenshots.
