Collaborate issues

Hi! I'm having some issues with the collaborate since two days ago. It shows the error about fix some conflicts, but the window doesn't show up nothing so I can't publish new things to collaborate or fix any issue.

I tried some things I read at forums like unlik and relink the project, delete some files at library, even reinstalling Unity... but nothing seems to work.

The current problematic folrders are Plugins folder and StreammingAssets, Unity version is 5.6.5p2 and I'm on MacOs 10.13.3

Does any one have this problem?
