Why does my Blender model get messed up?
I have a blender model(it is bad) but it has bones and an animation and stuff, it is fine at first but I want to use mecanim and it is a character so I change it to a humanoid and then it gets all screwed up.

What, exactly is messed up? $$anonymous$$ake sure in blender you apply the scale, location and rotation and that you export it as an .fbx file. Also rigify for blender isn't compatible with mecanim. Use this tutorial to set up a rig: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9iUm2llVPc.
