I need Help. Unity cant launch properly 5.4.0f3

I open unity. and i got this. alt text

i click re-activate and i got this alt text

i got now the license management and i choose Personal and "my company gets less than $100,000 its loading and its still on the license management. I try a lot of things: restarting spamming the next button nothing helps! i look on unity lounch guide and forums, and i didint find enything. PLS help!
