I Cant See Packages In Package Manager , like Cinemachine , postprocessing etc
I have the problem that cinemachine is missing in the packages. I deactivated the firewall but it is still not there. Does anyone have a solution for this? Unity Version 2019.2.0f1
i am not able to find the cinemachine in the assetstore itself

Anyone having this problem , i solved it by allowing unity through firewall
