Unity plus collab teams advanced

hello all, currently, I am a unity personal subscriber and want to upgrade to plus in order to take advantage of the increased benefits of cloud diagnostics, I work with a team of other game devs building our first game project for release, currently our budget is $0 dollars and none of us work in game dev yet. we have 4 additional seats I pay for each month in unity teams advance at $7 each a month in order to use unity collab as our source control.

my question is if I as the organization owner were to upgrade to plus in order to take advantage of the increased features of cloud diagnostics, would the rest of my team have to upgrade to plus as well in order to still have access and contribute to the organization's project? Also, would the price per seat in unity teams advanced increase since I, as the organization owner would have upgraded to plus?
