Tutorial launch error
Hi, I recently downloaded unity for fun as a thing to do in my spare time, I have used unity only once before and wanted to go through the tutorial's again. I downloaded the basic tutorials and launched the first one. I then received an error message saying: Opening File
c:/users:/********~1:/AppData/Local/Temp/*******************/Library/Metadata/00/0000000000000000000020000000000000.info:
The Handle Is Invalid.
I have tried different versions of unity (2017.2 and 2017.3.1 and others) I don't know what is wrong. If needed I run a Windows 10 PC. If any other specifications are needed please let me know. I Tried opening a completely new file and that seemed to work fine. Please advise. Thanks!
it's a temp folder, so you can delete it and try again
I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to start up one of the tutorial projects, and the "The handle is invalid" error keeps popping up every 1-5 seconds. Its really inconvenient and bothersome to have to keep clicking "try again". I'm using the personal unity, version 2018.1.0f2(64-bit).
