Hexagonal Tilemap with 3D GameObject brush. Every 2 rows it is misalligned
Hey,
I picked up the hexagon kit assets from Kenny, loaded up a new project (3D) installed the tilemap package and the 2d extras from github.
After messing around for a bit I created a new grid and a new (empty) tileset and set up the GameObject brush so that it alligned correctly with the prefab. I found (trial and error) the values to be:
Offset: 0,0,-0.37
Scale: 1,1,0.89
(oh both the grid and the tilemap are set to XZY and XZ respectively)
The problem I am having is shown in the video:
Every two rows (or collumns depending on how you look at it) the hex is misalligned. I have little experience with TileMaps, less with the gameobject brush.
Is this a Unity bug, or misconfiguration of mine? Can any kind soul help me figure out how can I solve this?
