Create Low Poly Effect

Hi,

I am currently working on a Low Poly game. I am at a lost and can't figure out how to get the look that I am aiming for. I have included some images of what I am aiming for, what are some things that I can do to help achieve this look? Any help would be appreciated.

Do I need to have any Image Effects? Or Anything? I was thinking maybe Bloom? I am really at a loss.

Cheers, Bradley.

There's really nothing you "need" to create images like that, other than good artistic knowledge and skills with respect to things like colour composition, lighting, and form.
