Occlusion Culling Data imported from another PC not working
Hi everyone. I'm currently having a problem with the occlusion data. In the project I'm working on we have relatively large scenes, hence the calculation of the occlusion culling takes a lot of time and produces relatively large data (~250MB) that cannot be synced in the repo.
In order to avoid unnecessary waste of time we decided to dedicate a machine to the calculation and copy the result on the other PC. However Unity doesn't seems to use the file we are importing. We made different tries: we created a unity package, we dragged the files directly from the editor and copied them from the OS file browser, but nothing worked. (We copied everything in the right folder, i.e. the one with the same name of the scene found in the same scene sub-folder)
We also tried to delete the OcclusionCulinngData.asset.meta file and restart Unity in order to have it recreated from scratch and we also tried to delete the library folder, but the problem is still present.
