Cannot select function from the event selection after adding a variable,How to select a function in the event trigger after adding a variable?

Hi, I'm trying to pass a variable through the new input system, but when i do so, the function automatically disappear from the choice selection. As shown in the image, the Swipe function disappeared while the Slash function still remains, only difference in the code is the added string variable.

Is it because of the way that event system works? or are there other problem that i didn't realized? Thank you...
