Exporting custom render passes
I've been trying to wrap my head around this one - its fairly simple to do it in Unreal Engine, but some reason the answer eludes me when it comes to unity.
So my question is: Is it possible to render out custom render passes from a scene camera and save these as image files in a way similar to what Unreal Engine is capable of - https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-us/Engine/Sequencer/Workflow/CustomRenderPass
This would really help when assembling footage in After Effects for example or opening up unity's rendering power for still images/scenebuilding (SFM-like) communities.
Again this might be the easiest thing in the world to achieve....or maybe im the ONLY one ever to pose this question (which i highly doubt tho).
