Welcome back to Unity. Your English is fine, but your question is both duplicate of questions that have been asked many times, and it contains multiple technical questions. Unity Answers addresses a single specific technical question. For finding objects, the typical solutions is 'tags'. There is no perfect solution for going through things, but there are several ways to mitigate the issue. The one that tends to have the most impact is to reduce the 'fixedTimestep'. Search for the other methods.

Rigidbody is your friend. Avoid position modification and Translate.
