(ulong) UnityEngine.Networking.Types.NetworkID causes error Expression denotes a type, where a variable, value or method group was expected.
So I'm trying to store UnityEngine.Networking.Types.NetworkID into my custom NetworkManager script, and I found out that there's a bug in unity that floods my console with pointless error messages, so I did the workaround:
public class NetworkingManager : NetworkManager {
public ulong networkId = (ulong) UnityEngine.Networking.Types.NetworkID;
}
Aaaaand the workaround causes an error CS0119: Expression denotes a 'type', where a 'variable', 'value' or 'method group' was expected.
This is really annoying how even the workaround isn't working around for me. Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of this stupid issue?
