Malfunctioned Button

One of my button(system UI type) doesn't get the color correctly. It's just grey.

Furthermore, my button on Click does't work properly.

so in the game, I press ESC to active the cursor of my mouse so that I can click on it, then I have to click several times to make it work.( you know every time after you click, you have to press ESC again, then you have to move the mouse to the button again, and again and again)... Sorry if this question is stupid, Just a new bird try to make something simple work.
