How to make a non-static object reflect static objects?
I have a football stadium set as static, and a metal ball (obviously not static) that players will kick around like rocket league. I set the stadium to get baked lightmaps, but the ball does not reflect the stadium, instead, it reflects the skybox.
My question: how to make the metal ball reflect the static stadium?

You need to use probes on baked lighting for the lights to interact with non-static objects. Also, lights should be mixed in general. There is a level of expected realtime lighting for any 3D environment.
