How accurate is Stopwatch.ElapsedTicks?
Is the minimum accuracy one tick? Or is it also limited by some other factors? Or is there any minimum interval?
For example, using the code:
timer = new Stopwatch ();
void OnMouseDown(){
print(timer.ElapsedTicks);
}
Theoretically, if I double-clicked the mouse button (extremely) fast enough, would it be (still theoretically) possible to get two numbers with the difference of just one tick?
