How can i add a text to pop up on the screen after an object is destroyed

I am creating a Scavenger hunt game and don't know how to script. Can someone tell me how to and/or give me a script on how to add a text to an object and make a text pop up on the screen after the object was destroyed. Please and thank you.

For future reference questions like this tend to go unanswered here and could actually just get rejected to start with.

You can literally just google the exact question you asked + unity and find several solutions that will work.
