Any 4K VR HEVC video specialist?

We can't handle playing 4K H.265 360VR video within Unity 2018 or 2019. It caused lots of problem (Centerline becomes strange, Video becomes totally black, unsmooth, stuck, stop, skip, or lossy, and Connection between end of video and beginning video is not smooth).

We can only do 1080p H.264 360VR video.

So we look for someone who can help us. We pay for it.

But I could not find any at freelancer.com or upwork.com

How can I find someone who can help us?
