Unity editor crashes 90% times I try to build project for iOS or Android

Having this problem for half of the year now. We're developing small games which should be tested many times a day on device so this thing becomes real downer :( 1 time out of 10 it builds without crashing.

We had similar issue in 5.4, from time to time, very seldom. But on version 5.5 it crashes much more often. I'm developing on Mac OS X 10.12.

Also unity process continue to work in background and start to generate huge load on CPU, so it seems that it is the Unity editor's GUI that is crashing due to some internal error.
