Oficcial Navmesh Building components (unity package) causes loads of errors

I did everything as described in the Unity page, but as I opened that project about 10 errors per script where detected. I am working with Unity 5.6.3p2, maybe that version isn't supported... Links:

My major goal is to use the navmesh surface component, if you have other solutions for that, or know how to solve the problem, thx in advance.
