Windows 8.1 64-Bit Unity 5.3.0f4 Unity does not start

Hi there!

I have a Acer Laptop // 4 GB DDR RAM // Intel Pentium 2.66 Ghz and I have installed Unity 5.3.0f4 (Dec 8). When i run the Application the Unity Symbol pops up to brake immediatelly Then I been asked to depug. But nothing helps.

I tried different campatibility modes: win7, service pack eg. Did not help.
I added that -force-d3d11 thing I found in a Forum. Did not help.
I uninstalled and re-installed Unity. Did not help.
I change to "use as Administrator". Did not help.
I uninstall the last Windows 8.1 update (before that Unity worked fine). Did not help.

I am frustrated now. Has anyone an Idea?
