Error when importing vuforia-unity6.2.10 into unity 2017.3.0f3. The problem is the same when I run API updater.

Assets/Vuforia/Editor/Scripts/Vuforia.UnityExtensions.Editor.dll' uses obsolete Unity API (UnityUpgradable)
