Unable to create a Unity Project with HDRP.

It first started this week I tried to create a new Project for my Networking course , When ever I try to create it using HDRP it sais that it`s unable to decompress this file: C:/ProgramFiles/Unity/Hub/Editor/2020.1.14f1/Editor/Data/Resources/PackageManager/ProjectTemplates/com.template.hd.-8.2.0.tgz.

I hope one of you know how to fix this I reported it to Unity But I wanted many gateways to find a clue instead of one.

Unity really means a lot to me and this error is really stopping me from doing a lot of stuff so I hope you`ll help me find the clue , any help is appreciated.
