Is there any way that I can make a 3D model act like a UI button, so I can just click on the 3Dobject and move to another scene??? I have this 3D pointer on an airplane specific part, and I want to use the pointer as a button so I can change to another scene with some information about that part that the pointer is on ,Is there any way that I can make a 3D model act like a UI button, so I can just click on the 3Dobject and move to another scene???
I have this 3DPointer icon (like the ones on google maps) and I just need to be able to click on it and change to another scene

Yes, you can!
You only need to add a collider to the object, and use this in a script placed in that object
void OnMouseDown()
{
SceneManager.LoadScene("LevelToLoadName");
}
Don't forget to add this to your script!
using UnityEngine.SceneManagement;
