immersive and interactive 3D tour
Hi very one,
I’m totally new in the VR world, so I have some questions.
A new client want to do VR tour of historical building using google cardboard. I create the 3D model in C4D (attach file), and I know I have to import an .obj with .mtl file or an .fbx file in unity. I also need Google VR SDK package. So far I don’t really have problems.
I saw many tutorial nice and clear like this one > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_CuaZ8hHMY But I don’t know how the user can « walk » in the 3D model with the google cardboard, what king of movement, gestures he was to do to interact in the 3D space.
And when the visitor arrive in the historical building (in real life not in VR ;) ) before the tour, obviously he has to download an app (ios/endroid) and put the smartphone in the cardboard, but how can I put the exported VR tour from unity on an app store? The process have to be easy for the user.
So to recap:
How the user can « walk » in the 3D model with the google cardboard?
How can I put the exported VR tour from unity on an app store?
Is there only unity to realize this project?
If I have to forget unity, do you know an other way to do an immersive and interactive 3D tour?
THX_A_LOT
;)
