Creating a Blur Effect on GUITexture
In my game, I am working on a world/map selector, in which I download a preview image (GUITexture) from online and display it on the user's screen. While every new preview is loading, I want the previous one to be blurred on the screen. Is there any quick and easy way I can apply a blur effect on a GUITexture, or do I have to use cameras and RenderToTexture?
I have Unity Pro, by the way, so I'm open to all options.
