How to create a log in user interface with Unity & Vuforia

Hi Ladies and Gents

I am in need of some serious help here. I am looking for a way to create a "sign Up" and "Log In" section of my mobile application. It need to essentially allow people to sign up and log into their account that would store information about their character. Ranking score, abilities, purchases and upgrades, but I have no idea where to actually start on this. Any feedback and help would be much appreciated.
