Get Other Players information (those who are installed) ?

HI all , currently am using amazon conginito server. it allows me to store my data. but i want to get all other players information like how many trophies they had, and what their name and so on...

I knew that Amazon DB gave this feature. but for money. it 'll charge for each and every data receiving.

i want know is there any free server to serve this feature.
