Particle System not showing anything in its Component separated editor?

Hello, I'm trying to make a new particle system, but it only showing at scene view/game view, but not in its own editor which is accessible via 'Open Editor' in the component.

Is this a bug or something?

That giant empty area isn't for preview the fx but curve editing.
