Returning abnormal values with Time.deltaTime and Time.unscaledDeltaTime.

Sometimes Time.deltaTime and Time.unscaledDeltaTime returning a wrong value.

It affects Animator, Animation and ScrollRect component. It causes AnimationClips skipping, difficult to drag ScrollRect.

The conditions are listed below.

It occurred on Android 4.4.
It has not occurred on Android 5 or higher.
Below Android 4.4 are not subject to application, they are not verified.

Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep: Never
