How to stream audio from a URL?

I need to stream an hour-long music mp3 in my game, but I want to keep my file-size down so I want to stream it. The game is for the web player.

Yes, I have gone through the forums, none of the answers include all the steps. I am new to Unity, I need the step by step please.

I have gone as far to install this script http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/414446/how-do-i-stream-audio.html but I have the same problem as the original asker, which was never answered. Even still, nobody mentions WHERE to put all of this.
