codeless Iap button not working on google play store

I can't get my codeless IAP button to work on the google play store. I have spend countless hours trying to get it to work. The button works in the editor but the moment that I test it from the google play store (using a tester account) the button doesn't do anything. No windows pop up nothing. I have gone through the documents multiple times and still haven't found a solution. Help please
