If I make changes to a prefab in the Project tab, do I have to save the scene, too?
If I make changes to a prefab in the project tab, I noticed that it automatically makes the same changes to any game object in a scene associated with that prefab. Do I have to save the scene for the change to become permanent? If so, does this mean I have to go to every scene that is affected by that prefab and save?

Saving current the scene commits final changes to prefabs as I observed while using git. There is no need in resaving other scenes unless there is possibility of broken links like some object in scene referencing the part of prefab which is now gone.
