Is there a way to prioritise a certain touch input over another one?

I have multiple touch inputs for controlling my camera and would like to use a two finger tap and pinch to zoom with two fingers. Is there a way to prioritise one of the two over the other one so the two finger action doesn't get called all the time when I pinch to zoom?
