Transparent rendering mode with shadows
I am trying to hide a wall when the camera is close, however making a material transparent makes it ignore shadows completely. I do not want to simply hide the object fully (you can set the mesh renderer to shadow only to achieve that), and I'm not looking for complicated shadows, I simply want it to react to shadows as if it it opaque (Receiving and casting) but to also be able to set transparency. I am open to other solutions, as perhaps you can not achieve this with materials alone.
