Unity 2017.3.0f3 - Input Field does not pop up TouchScreenKeyboard

In my scene i have a Canvas & EventSystem and an Input Field attached to the Canvas. When i play the scene and tap the Input Field using Unity Remote 5, the TouchScreenKeyboard does not pop up? I have my build settings set to Android (SDK and JDK set up also).

Is this a bug?
