how to screen mirroring mobile to tv in unity3d?

i want share mobile screen to a TV display (smart tv/android tv) same like google cast but without using google cast. is there a way to use android device native api to do this? please help me regarding Screen cast and screen Mirroring Thanks.. Prakash rabari
