The network system work only for host

Hello i make download of this networking system (http://freakshare.com/files/7mzxvsau...torial.7z.html) , i try in my house and and everything was fine and it worked, but now when i and my friend tested, he host the server and i not could enter in the server , he open the port but don't work , you can help me?
