Saving and loading user made configuations

Im currently in the process of making a Trading card game and one of the features i would like to add is the ability to have different decks with different cards in. i would like to have a menu where it is possible to click at and name the deck etc, this much i have managed, but how do i save the names of the decks so that they can be loaded the next time the scene is loaded.

basically my question is, if a user renames say 4 buttons and then changes scene how can i make this change save for the next time the user opens the scene
