Glow/bloom in Mobile Unity?

For the days i have been searching for a good Glow/bloom effect for mobile devices which won't affect the performance of the game. I have seen in lots of games using glow effect and it won't affect the performance at all. How exactly can i do it? I tried all the available solutions i could find but they weren't helpful at all. I really need this glow effect for my game to look good.

All the suggestions and ideas are welcome.
