Recreation of animations and their copyrights.
What if i make exactly same animations, like in other games. For example, if i make same controller, like in Kingdom Hearts, with all the same animations. Will it be considered as stealing copyrighted work? Can the owner/publisher/developer who originally made those animations, sue me for that? I mean i didn't take their work right? I just made it look exactly the same. What do you think about that?

First of all, IANAL.
Look, if you make a copy, you make a copy. If your method is pressing ctrl+C or manually copying bit by bit or using some other method will not matter in most countries and jurisdictions. If you only use another work as inspiration is a grey area though.
