Unity taking a SEVERAL OF MINUTES importing .ma and .mb files
Today i clone one of my projects from bitbucket, and of course i don't tracked the Library, Temp and obj folders so i was expected the re import prompt from Unity before open it.
The thing is all assets imports normally except the maya files (.ma and .mb) a single one of them takes a SEVERAL of minutes! i'm not joking.
I left my pc importing, it's been four hours and is not finished yet, my project is not that big.
My Maya version is 2014, some of the files was created in Maya 2015.
Any ideas?
Using the right maya version works fine. This is a problem with the maya it self, not with unity.
